Firstly I think the plant is a Dracaena and I think the species is probably dermensis. Could be a number of things causing the yellowing of the leaves. You mentioned the plant has been moved. What is different about it's new home in comparison to the old one? Has there been a tempereature change? Is it getting the same amount of sunlight? How humid is the air that surrounds the plant? Radiators and central heating usually spell trouble for houseplants.
Ideal conditions for Dracaena are minimum 55F- 60F temperature (and not large fluctuations throughout the day) , semi shade, and good air humidity, maybe sit the pot on a large basal saucer of pebbles that are kept permanently moist.
