Hello,

Please can you give me some more information to help me try and establish the problem.

Find out the room temperature, what is it, 55-60F is perfect, is there central heating and how much does the temperature fluctuate throughout the day?

Most importantly, how much light is the Ficus bejamina getting? It needs a bright room with plently of sunlight.

How often is the plant watered, it needs to dry out between waterings, overwatering could kill it in the winter and underwatering could have the same result in summer.

Which part of the plant is dropping leaves? It is natural for a Ficus bejamina to drop some of it's lower leaves as it ages.
