Three Jasmin plants bought three years ago have never flowered  Each one has a different position in the garden (i.e facing sun...in the shade ) not so much as a petal.....any ideas  :?:

Hello Peter,

Have the Jasminum plants been pruned at all in the 3 years?

Hello Peter,

Strange one this. All I can think of is that the Jasminum plants might not be happy on the soil where you live. The soil might be lacking the nutrients necessary for flower production. Try feeding the plants once per month during the main growing season (Mar-Sep) with a diluted tomato food or similar product and don't do any pruning until flowers are produced.

Hi G.G.,

hallelujah a miracle has happened........ today two of my Jasmins have flowed and the scent is magic. Your little trick has worked and I'm well pleased so they obviously think they are a tomato...thanks again,

Peter
