Glossy mid-green leaves turning orange and yellow in autumn and vertically striped green-and-white bark. This stunning snake-bark maple makes an excellent specimen tree for a medium-sized garden. Choose a site sheltered from cold winds, close to a path or entrance where the attractive decorative bark can be appreciated close-up.
Other Features: Clusters of pink-brown autumn fruit.
Garden Care: Add a top dressing of a multi-purpose fertiliser around the base of the plant in late spring. No routine pruning is required. Remove any dead, damaged or crossing branches in April when the plant is in full growth.
